PRIVACY

You have instructed Our Generation Travel to act as your Agent to complete travel related bookings. In doing so, you consent to the collection and storage of your personal information by us. You agree that where you have provided Our Generation Travel with information about another individual that you will make sure that person is aware you have supplied us with their information, and their ability to access that information in accordance with the Privacy Act. RESPONSIBILITY

Our Generation Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage directly or indirectly caused by airline or transport failures or suppliers, airline insolvency. Loss or damage to person, property or delays, accidents, acts of war and force majeure.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

In addition to deposits required by airlines. Coach and tour operators, hoteliers, and shipping companies, Our Generation Travel will require a deposit, in accordance with its Terms of Trade & Fees. This deposit is due at the time of your booking request and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

PRICE CHANGES

Price changes may occur especially up until the date final payment is made. These changes include, but are not restricted to, government taxes, insurance levies, currency fluctuations and fuel surcharges. Our Generation Travel accepts no responsibility for increases outside of its control.

FINAL PAYMENT

Balance of payment is due as specified by the airline or service provider. When no time is advised, we will require balance of payment 60 days prior to departure.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Many airfares and tours have specific conditions. Your consultant will advise you of these conditions at the time of confirmation, including advance purchase requirements and cancellation clauses. Please ensure that you fully understand the conditions that apply to your booking.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

As a licensed representative we are authorised to provide general travel insurance advice only.  You should refer to the Travellers Assistance Insurance
Policy wording and Product Disclosure Statement before making a decision. A full copy  of the Financial Services Guide can be found at www.travellersassistance.com.au

AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation or amendment, you will be charged according to the Our Generation Travel Terms of Trade & Fees. Our Generation Travel will recover from you any loss of commissions and communication costs in addition to any cancellation fees levied by wholesalers, airlines and suppliers.

PASSPORT / VISA REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is
current and that you have the correct visa endorsements. At your request Our Generation Travel can provide tourist visa information for individual countries. Our Generation Travel is not responsible for rejected visas, late applications, incomplete forms, mail disruptions or any actions taken by consulates relating to your application.
